I’m Andy Downer MCIAT Chartered Architectural Designer based in Bournemouth

With 20+ years of experience, I kicked off my career designing luxury homes in Sandbanks and delivering major builds for national house builders. Since then, I’ve worked on everything from dementia care facilities to large affordable housing schemes, giving me a strong mix of residential and commercial knowledge.

I create planning and building regulations drawings that keep projects clear, smooth, and moving in the right direction.

My approach is friendly, collaborative, and always client-focused, turning ideas into spaces that feel personal, work effortlessly, and genuinely make a difference.
